We print exactly what you approve. Once a job is in production, it can’t be changed or refunded. Color on screens is not the same as color on paper. Custom and personalized items are always final sale. If something is wrong, tell us quickly so we can help.
Below are the full terms that apply to all orders placed with PC Print Center, Inc. through pcprintcenter.com, by email, or in person.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions unless we have agreed to something different in writing.
Prices are based on current materials and production costs and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If costs change after a quote is issued, pricing may be adjusted.
Quotes assume the files, quantities, and specifications you provide are final. Any changes after ordering may result in additional charges.
We start production only after:
• Press-ready files are received and approved
• Full payment is received
If you request a proof, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully. This includes spelling, layout, sizing, bleeds, and placement. Once approved, we print exactly what you approved.
If you choose “no proof,” you accept full responsibility for the final output.
Screens are not printers. Colors on your monitor will not exactly match printed colors.
Exact color matching requires a paid press match proof. Customer-supplied proofs and screen previews are not color accurate. Reasonable color variation is considered acceptable, and PC Print Center, Inc. does not guarantee exact color matches.
Standard Print Products
Minor trimming shifts, color variation, and finishing differences are normal and acceptable within industry standards.
Custom and Personalized Products
Items with names, photos, custom layouts, or unique designs are final sale. No refunds or reprints once approved or produced.
Large Format Products
Large format prints may have slight color variation, panel seams, or finishing marks due to material handling and installation conditions.
Promotional and Sale Items
Discounted or promotional pricing does not change production standards. Sale items are subject to the same approval and refund rules.
Production timelines begin after proof approval or payment, depending on the order type. Shipping time is not included in turnaround estimates. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Some orders require third-party vendors. When this applies, their terms and timelines also apply, and associated costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivered quantities may vary by up to 10 percent. This is standard in printing and considered acceptable.
If there is a problem with your order, notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt. After that, the order is considered accepted.
All prices are in USD. Payment is required before production begins.
If we find issues in your files, you may:
• Resubmit corrected files (treated as a new order, $15 processing fee)
• Request file correction services for an additional charge
If a job has started but not gone to press, a partial refund may be issued for unfinished work, less a $15 processing fee.
Once a job is on press, no refunds are available.
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that include unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
PC Print Center, Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, supply shortages, labor disruptions, or government actions.
Materials provided by the customer are handled at the customer’s risk. Adequate quantities must be supplied to allow for setup and spoilage.
